Our Wedding | Getting Ready

Our wedding photos have arrived!! I am so excited to share them with family, friends and with all of you!! We have waited weeks for these photos, and it was all worth it because now we can re-live these memories all over again.

Since we have so many photos and parts of our wedding day, I decided I am going to split up the photos into various blog posts to showcase as many of these memories as I can for you guys. They will be broken out into the following blog posts for the next 5 Tuesday's (so check back on Tuesday, August 24th for the next post):

So let's kick it off with the Getting Ready details! The wedding vendors behind the magic in these moments:

Bridal Boutique: Luxe & Lace Bridal Boutique

Hair + Make Up: Invidia Salon

Florist: Frugal Flower

Hydrangea Pajama Set: Piyama Hydrangea Pajama Set

Bride White Pajama Set: Piyama Bride White Pajama Set

Bridesmaid Dress: Birdy Grey

Bridesmaid Shoes: Gold Block Heel Sandal

We had the most magical wedding, and what made it so special was having it at my childhood home! I lived in this home since I was two days old. My parents built and designed the house. I'm lucky my parents still live in the house. All the photos are taken in spots around our house. I remember reflecting on feeling so lucky to be able to celebrate our marriage in a place so special all throughout the day. Here are the memories captured for “Getting Ready“:

After getting my engagement ring designed by Ilah Cibis, we were so excited to get our wedding bands designed by Ilah too! Dan's wedding band is a woven platinum band. We wanted Dan's band to be unique and I've always loved the woven wedding band look. Mine is an eternity band with radiant diamonds.

After taking photos outside, we went back inside to get ready! My bridesmaids got ready in my room, and myself, Kelley (MOH) and my Mom got ready in my parent’s room.

The first look with my bridesmaids!

My Dad was busy helping getting the yard and vendors ready, so he was not changed into wedding attire yet. He was so surprised when he saw me in my dress - we caught him off guard!

The guys got ready at the Marriott nearby, and finished off getting ready at our house last minute. Before are a few front yard memories of them getting ready with their ties.

Check back in next Tuesday, August 24 for more wedding photos!
